An excellent apartment for those planning to stay in Cape Town on a vacation or business.The Rockwell 501 is situated in the exclusive De Waterkant area nestled between Signal Hill on the one side and The V & A Waterfront on the other. The area is known for its numerous cosy restaurants and live entertainment at night and is a stone throw away from the exclusive Cape Quarter shopping complex and the CTICC.

This suite includes two bedrooms, with plush double beds in each and plenty of cupboard space, there are two bathrooms, one containing a bath and a shower and the other a large shower only. Both have their own toilets. The open plan, granite topped, brushed steel modern kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine and tumble dryer, neatly tucked away behind one of the slick kitchen cabinets.

After a day’s activity, guests can relax on one of the two large, comfortable arm chairs or one of the two, two seater couches, while enjoying the flat screen TV with a full bouquet of DSTV channels.

From the north facing balcony, which includes two small tables and chairs, guests can appreciate the V&A Waterfront and the working harbour. This seascape stretches out to the white beaches of Bloubergstrand and the West Coast in the distance.

This view can be experienced from inside the apartment through the glass sliding doors that stretch across an entire wall of the lounge area and when closed completely silence any hint of city noise.
