The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen and a washing machine, which is perfect for longer stays. The cosy bedroom has a queen-sized bed for a great night's sleep, and the lounge offers a comfortable couch and designer touches opening onto a balcony area with a view.

For those working remotely, our space offers privacy. We also provide unlimited Wi-Fi, and during load-shedding, the building's generator ensures that the backup power continues after a brief changeover.

Our apartment is situated in a great location, close to popular restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jarryds Brunch & Bistro and Kleinsky's. Whether you are in town for business or leisure, our apartment offers comfort and convenience. It is conveniently located next to the main road and a stone's throw from the Sea Point Promenade and Table Mountain, two of Cape Town's most iconic landmarks.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request and at an additional cost, if required. Linen and towels, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities, are provided.

We prioritise sustainability and kindly ask guests to be mindful of electricity usage. Excessive consumption will incur an additional fee to promote conservation and protect our planet. Thank you for helping us create a greener environment during your stay!
