Guest Access:

Guests will be given their own set of keys and will have the apartment to themselves.

Good To Know:

• Bed linen, towels, and a starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic toiletries are provided.
• Additional cleaning or laundry can be arranged on request at an extra cost.
• Electricity, water, and sanitation are capped at R1,500 per booking.
• Average usage is around R1,000 per month, so most guests will not exceed the limit. Please be mindful with heating and air conditioners.

The Tokyo Elegance is located on Loop Street, a vibrant urban area with an active nightlife scene. Some street noise is to be expected, particularly on weekends. We recommend this property for guests who are comfortable with a lively city environment.

• Check-out is before 10:00.
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than two guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 10 pm.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
