What was once a water tower is now a 2 bedroom, Cape Town loft apartment with glorious 360-degree views of Table Mountain, the city, harbour, and sea. This combined with the light-filled and spacious interior decorated in mid-century Africa meets industrial chic, creates a truly unique experience for any seasoned traveller!
The Space:
In true loft style, the apartment is bright and airy with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Panoramic views are framed by vast double glazed windows on all sides. The apartment has a patio facing Table Mountain and Lion's Head. The perfect spot for sundowners. Work from home is made possible by a dedicated office space on the ground floor. A separate laundry makes washing easy. The building has 24-hour security and the unit has onsite, secure, undercover parking available.
The main bedroom is a dream space with two en suite bathrooms with bathtub and shower respectively. The second luxurious bedroom has stunning views of Table Mountain from the bed and its own en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
