Renovated 1 bedroom apartment with ocean views in trendy Sea Point. Ideally positioned on a quiet side street, this highly walkable seaside village is a treasure trove of trendy coffee shops, bars, restaurants and boutique stores. Just a 10 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.

The Space

This apartment was designed and furnished with a lot of love and has a sunny and airy feel. The kitchen is fitted with modern appliances and everything you could need. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has a TV with Netflix. The whole apartment has amazing views of Cape Town.

Please note:
- the lift is currently not in operation; however, the building management is aware of the issue and actively working to address it.
- there is an ongoing construction project at a next door property that may result in daytime noise. This is expected to run until the end of April 2024. Generally, work occurs during business hours (8 AM - 5 PM) on weekdays (Monday to Friday). Periodic use of power tools and hammering may be heard.

Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
