This stunning five-bedroom villa offers fantastic views of Camps Bay and the surrounding mountains from the living and outdoor spaces.

Space:

The living area comprises an open-plan lounge and dining area that opens onto the pool deck with magnificent 180-degree ocean and mountain views. The fully fitted kitchen is located just off the living area and is equipped with everything you may need for your perfect stay.

To access four of the five bedrooms, you take the stairs leading to the top floor. Here, you will find four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private sun nook, an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and access to a shared balcony with gorgeous mountain views. The second bedroom has beautiful ocean views from the shared balcony and shares the family bathroom with the third bedroom. The fourth bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is perfect for children.

On the lowest level, you will find the fifth bedroom, which is a private suite boasting a small kitchenette, an en-suite bathroom, and its own private entrance.

This property is perfectly located with expansive views, positioned at the entrance to a quiet cul-de-sac and a two-minute walk from a scenic mountain hike along the Twelve Apostles mountain range.

Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet; we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. Electricity:

South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions) in the last few years. This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken a number of measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for the ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. This is, unfortunately, something that is out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This property is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate or city council for this area. Therefore, by continuing with this booking, you agree that you understand and accept the following conditions:

  • No parties of any kind are to be held at the property.
  • No noise or music of any nature (heard by neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
  • No hooting or shouting in the street at any time (day and night).
  • Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and not to park in front of another person's garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of all-solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are permitted.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

  • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate but can be paid for additionally on request and when available. The property manager requires housekeeping at least once a week for every week of your stay.
  • Standard amenities, such as Wi-Fi and Dstv if applicable, will be included.
  • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
  • Garden and pool services will be included when available.
