excellent accommodation! we are a family of 6, we had 5 days in cape town at this lodging. we were greeted by Caroline who was a delight she came every day to clean while we were out so was nice and tidy to return to. the accommodation is in a great location we hired a car to see as much as we could of cape town, but if you didn't want the car hire you could quite easily walk or catch a taxi for short distance, the v&A harbour was a 7 minute drive with wonderful restaurants and shopping. the property had everything you need for a relaxing stress free holiday would highly recommend and hopefully if we get the chance to revisit cape town this would definitely be place we would reserve. 😊👍

We had an amazing stay at this residence, great views, spacious, comfortable and safe. Team was always responsive whenever we needed. Thanks to Caroline who looked after the residence during our stay, to Matthew and others. I would definitely book again and I can recommend properties to anyone travelling to Cape Town.

My experience with: A residence with a stunning view and daily cleaning that feels like a luxury hotel. The team is cooperative and highly responsive. Security is top-notch, with two professional security companies ensuring peace of mind throughout the stay. Truly a 7-star experience.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and very comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything super easy. The location was perfect for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Amazing residence with a breathtaking view! The location is very quiet and safe, perfect for a relaxing stay. We loved having barbecues while enjoying the stunning views of Green Park, the Stadium, and the famous Cape Town sunset. Communication was always clear, and although we couldn't use the pool due to the cold weather, a staff member was proactively sent to ensure it was clean. It was reassuring to know that the residence was cleaned daily, just like in a regular hotel. We had a wonderful stay and, as we plan to return to Cape Town regularly, this will be the first residence we consider.

Our stay at this in Greenpoint was simply amazing! The space was clean and beautifully decorated, but the best part was the majestic views that took our breath away. The location was perfect—close to the waterfront and great restaurants while still being peaceful. Our host was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cape Town!
