The second bedroom enjoys similar comforts with the added luxury of a bath, while the third opens onto a private balcony offering mountain views. The remaining bedrooms all feature king-sized beds and air conditioning.

The heart of the home is its beautifully designed living and dining area, where large windows frame sea views, complemented by a gas fireplace and ample seating. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a Nespresso machine and a dishwasher. For fitness enthusiasts, the villa also includes a fully equipped gym. The property is strictly non-smoking, both inside and outside.

Noise Policy:

This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise-monitoring device.

Cameras:

Cameras monitor the exterior areas of the property and the street.

There is a two-vehicle garage available as well as on-street parking.
