This is an exceptionally beautiful modern designed villa situated at the foot of Lions Head Mountain and above Clifton’s beaches. Accommodation does not get better than this. The villa boasts stunning ocean and mountain views. The view stretches all the way down the peninsula. Karuna Villa is in a quiet, wind free neighborhood and is perfect for a large family or a group of friends looking to vacation in style.

The villa is situated over 4 levels. All the floors are linked by an internal lift or stairs. On the top floor is the main bedroom with bathroom kitchenette and large deck. The bed is king size and the bathroom has a bath and shower. The design is very modern industrial, and the views are spectacular.

The next floor down is the main living area with TV. There is a large open plan lounge area with TV with a bar and kitchen,  wood oven and scullery. There is a large deck for relaxing and soaking up the views. There are loungers, a braai and eating area on the deck. On the back of this floor  is a TV room and the leading off this is a beautiful garden and swimming pool at the back of the house. There is an entrance with easy access onto Lions Head Mountain.

The next floor down has 4 bedrooms and a cinema room

The 1^st guest bedroom has a king size bed and is en-suite with bath and shower. This room also has an ocean view

The 2^nd and. 3^rd guest bedrooms both queen size bed and is en-suite with a shower. Both have private balcony with ocean views.

The 4^th guest bedroom has a queen bed and is en-suite with bath and shower.

One the ground floor is the parking garage for three cars and the 6^th bedroom. This bedroom is a bachelor pad with en-suite bathroom, kitchenette and a sitting area that leads onto a small private courtyard.
