The home reminds us of a French country estate while the interior has a splash of colour symbolic of the English owner, who has also chosen vibrant natural fabrics to decorate the home. The house is warm and inviting, with the key central areas able to accommodate the whole family very comfortably.

The kitchen has an enormous central island with bar stools, range cooker, and a convenient scullery to keep the main kitchen tidy. The kitchen opens up onto the back garden on one side and the dining area on the other side. The dining table seats up to 10 adults, has an open fireplace, and also opens onto the sun room and garden beyond.

Adjacent to the dining area is a lovely green drawing room with an open fireplace and windows looking onto the garden and the mountain scenery.

Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms; the master bedroom and two twin rooms. The master suite is luxuriously decorated and includes a large dressing area and en-suite bathroom. The bedroom looks onto the garden, pool, and mountains. The two twin rooms are also en-suite, one facing the garden and the other onto a courtyard with a water feature.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with their own bathrooms, and views of the garden. There is also a Pyjama lounge/playroom with a TV.

The house has a beautiful garden with lush green lawns, mature trees, and a substantial mountain backdrop. There is a lovely pool, built-in BBQ, and outdoor lounge seating. The perfect environment to enjoy a family holiday in the Cape sunshine.

The house comes with daily house-keeping Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays), high-speed wi-fi, and toiletries.
