Be Aware Of:
- The pool deck is adjacent to the pool deck for Loader A and they are not completely private from each other.
- Parking is notoriously difficult in the De Waterkant.
- Air-con is not available throughout the property.
- There is a house being renovated nearby, you may experience some noise disruption during your stay. Works are due to be complete at the end of June 2023.
- The City of Cape Town experiences daily electricity outages (commonly known as Load Shedding). These outages are expected to last for roughly 2.5 hours each time.
