Villa Nero is a luxurious spectacular newly built six bedroom, six bathroom villa situated in a quiet road (2019) in Camps Bay. The villa has enough space for a large family or a group of friends. As you enter the villa you are welcome by the amazing house butler Sanje who lives on the property. The open plan first floor living, dining and kitchen area has huge sliding doors which open out onto the patio and with private pool. Great seating area with a sofa and dining table for al fresco dining. The views from here are incredible offering an unobstructed view of the ocean and twelve apostle views. The villa is fully equipped with amenities you could wish for in a self-catering villa. Four levels offering a serene and private stay. The grand master bedroom is on upper level with a walk in closet, en-suite bathroom complete with bath and shower. Great large balancing with seating and perfect for watching the sunset. The second bedroom or second main bedroom is on the same level as the master bedroom with partial views of the ocean and garden. A separate tv area is on the level. Walk down a set of 10 stairs you will find the third & fourth bedrooms is on the second level closer to the study area. The kitchen with separate scullery and main living area are on the second level. The fifth and sixth bedroom has it’s own kitchenette with dining area directly from the garage. These two room are both en-suite and have partial views of the sea and garden. Villa Nero is fully equipped with all mod ones and a just a 3 minute drive down to Camps bay Beach.
