12 guests are accommodated in 6 luxurious bedroom suites, with private bathrooms. Four of the bedrooms are located upstairs (Master bedroom, double en-suite and two smaller children’s bedrooms). The ground level consists of two further bedrooms, as well as inside and outside lounge areas and the kitchen. Each room in Villa Splendour has been tastefully decorated with modern yet classic interiors.

The pool room is the heart of the villa and the ultimate home entertainment area. It features a BBQ, glass stackable doors which open up to the garden and pool area, a bar and kitchen counter, TV room and indoor wood-burning fireplace which makes for many fun nights.

The 6 bedroom villas has generous indoor and outdoor lounge areas and a beautiful garden with mountain views. The house is perfect for large groups who will be able to congregate for decadent meals all together whilst also finding quiet places to relax in during the day.

Constantia is famous for its wine valley, where you can visit some of the oldest vineyards of the Cape. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens is also less than 50m walking distance from the villa and just a 20-minute drive away is Central Cape Town, the Cape Beaches as well as the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront.
