Throughout the house are large windows with great views. All the bedrooms have double sliding doors either opening onto the garden or balcony. All bathrooms have large stand-alone showers and 3 have a bath too. The main living area has an open fireplace and an electric pellet fireplace for extra warmth. The bedrooms are carpeted and have a heated towel rail and ceiling fans. There is a borehole and a filtered private water supply into the house.

The garden is serviced twice a week, and comes with sun loungers and an umbrella. The home comes with a cleaner twice a week, more often on negotiation. Staff lives on the property in staff quarters.
