Yes. Cots, high chairs and other trip essentials can be hired and set up at the villa before you arrive. Equipment is priced on application based on what you need - just list it in your enquiry.

Can I book a babysitter for an evening out?

Yes. Care can be arranged for your full stay or shorter periods - including a trusted babysitter at the villa for the evening so the adults can head out for dinner. Share your plans and your concierge will propose options.

Can you arrange an au pair for a longer stay in Cape Town?

For extended stays, our monthly live-in rate works much like having your own au pair: a dedicated, fully vetted carer living in with the family at R3,450 per day. Tell us your dates and your concierge will structure the right arrangement.

How far in advance should I arrange childcare?

As early as possible, particularly over December and January. All services are subject to availability and adequate lead time, and festive-season dates are charged at time and a half (double time on Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day).
