Space
The interior has an industrial feel, with exposed rock feature walls, a metal staircase and artistic light fixtures. The colour scheme features rich tones that create a welcoming and inviting space. With plenty of space for family or friends, the apartment offers two TV lounges, dining for eight guests and a fully equipped kitchen. Both lounges have fireplaces, to ensure that the apartment is comfortable all year round. Foldaway doors in the dining room open onto a patio with a lovely outdoor dining area and swimming pool. Both of the bedrooms have luxurious King-size beds. One bedroom is en-suite and the other has a dedicated bathroom. There are also air-conditioning units in both rooms to ensure comfort all year round. Upstairs, the rooftop terrace provides the perfect outdoor space for entertaining. With outdoor dining, comfortable seating and exceptional views, you can dine al-fresco or simply enjoy drinks while catching up with friends. Within walking distance of the apartment there are a number of restaurants, shops and bars. Alternatively a short car ride can take you to the Table Mountain Cableway, V & A Waterfront or to the beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. There is street parking.

We had a wonderful, short stay at the location. From the outside, the true size and great decor cannot be guessed. Once inside, the exquisite decor surprises! The property is beautifully furnished, architectural highlights such as the full-height shower or the window bands make the property very special. The two terraces impress with privacy, sensational views, and good furnishings. Overall, the property is exceptional and highly recommended.

Very nice townhouse located in a pleasant, secure neighborhood with many amenities (bars, restaurants, shopping center) within walking distance. Everything on-site is high-end, and the parking permit is a big plus as you will always have a available space. Beautiful view from the rooftop terrace and a second terrace in the kitchen where the basin is located. The only downside is that one of the bathrooms does not have a shower head and there is no blind to darken the room. Regarding the environment, note that there is a passage next to the property where some people are in the morning and can create noise when people are sleeping. Do not book if you have mobility difficulties as there are many steps in the property. Warm welcome, impeccable cleaning. A very good accommodation.

An incredible team of professional service-minded people who made our stay so easy. What a gorgeous apartment and location. Almost don't want to say too much in case it is never available again for our future stays. But it is so beautifully appointed and well looked after that I highly recommend it to future guests.

We were 4 days in the accommodation in Cape Town. We liked it very much. There is a cafe directly across the street and the view from the rooftop terrace is grandiose. There is also a supermarket very close by to get the necessary things. The kitchen is well equipped. There was even housekeeping. Gladly again!

Ideal for a relaxing stay. The property was perfect for our needs – ideally located, spacious, and very comfortable. Our housekeeper did a fantastic job, and everything was spotless. Communication with the host was effortless, with any questions we had answered within 5–10 minutes via message. We wanted a place to relax in the evenings, and this accommodation was exactly that. Thank you!

I would stay again without a doubt the next time I visit the location The location was just perfect with a beautiful coffee shop right on the corner and walking distance to some lovely restaurants and shops. The property decor was stunning and high end. It was immaculate and well stocked
