This private 200m2 duplex is the larger of only two apartments making up the property. It borders Table Mountain National Park in a safe and quiet cul-de-sac with ample off-street parking, and has an unbeatable central location only 20 mins drive from the airport and 5 mins to the city centre and beaches.

Being located in an upmarket and peaceful residential neighborhood, please note the property is not suitable for parties, events or excessive noise.

You will be spoilt for choice of bedroom since each is individually styled with unique pieces and original oil paintings. Will you choose the Flamingo Vista suite for the panorama from its small wrap-around balcony, or the Zebra Zone suite with both sea and garden views?
