Our housekeeper will come once a week to water the plants, and if you would like her to, she can do a basic cleanup for you. Please leave the keys in the lockbox for her if you expect to be out.

Please be advised we are currently experiencing "Load shedding" across South Africa, which is a schedule and continuous updates to interruption in electricity. We have provided backup power in this property to a certain extent (with rechargeable globes in the lamps and a ups for WiFi), but it is to be noted by the guest that the load shedding schedules and times change from day to day and sometimes at short notice. We cannot be held responsible for this and have provided a certain level of backup power in an attempt to alleviate the inconvenience caused. An application called ESKOM SE PUSH can be downloaded to access a schedule for the area in which you are staying. Please note the lifts do not work during load shedding, so the stairs will need to be used to access the apartment, which is on the ground floor.
