This lovely 1 bedroom double volume loft holiday apartment is located high up in a modern apartment block in one of the best positions in De Waterkant (a quiet road yet close to everything).
It obstructed views of the V&A Waterfront and the harbour. Lots of fashionable restaurants and coffee shops to walk to, including a few food stores.
The apartment has a lounge fully equipped kitchen (all the usual small appliances and a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave). A large dining table in the kitchen serves as the dining area. The lounge has got plenty of seating, a flat screen TV with the next best satellite package (DSTV). The sliding doors open onto a Juliette balcony.
The ensuite bedroom has large mirrored built in cupboards and a very comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower.
