The apartment is walking distance to the V&A Waterfront, Green Point Park with the beaches a 15 minute drive away.
The kitchen is equipped with washing machine, toaster, kettle, blender with marble top breakfast counter overlooking the lounge area which also boasts a 6 seater dining table, with glass sliding doors opening up onto the balcony.
Plasma TV is setup in the air- conditioned lounge equipped with blue tooth soundbar.
