This beautiful 4 bedroom Clifton holiday house is nothing less than perfect! A little piece of Cape Town heaven awaits you at this stylishly decorated villa that brings a cool sense of African beach chic.

The house holds prime position above Clifton second beach. Exceptional sea and mountain views will relax and invigorate your holiday soul. Enjoy African sunsets on the beautiful terrace, or lounge in the pool overlooking the ocean. The Atlantic sea breeze will keep you at the perfect temperature and if you choose to come in winter – there are wonderful fireplaces to keep you warm.

The house is made up of 3 bedrooms inside the main house, all en-suite. Two bedrooms have excellent sea views and the third bedroom is light and well-appointed but is to the side of the house. As part of the same property but with its own entrance is the 'pool house' bedroom with en-suite, that opens onto the pool area.

The living areas are open plan with lovely views out to the ocean. The decor is contemporary and fresh and makes a comfortable home to relax during the days or night.

The house has plenty of parking (garage parking) but you are also able to easily walk to the beaches and bars found in Camps Bay, Bantry Bay, and Sea Point. The 4 Clifton beaches are right on your doorstep – simply cross the road and walk down to the beach!

NB: The house comes with a convenient lift from the garage straight into the main house, if you would like to bypass the steps.

This lovely home is very unique for the Clifton area having parking and plenty of space within the property. The sunset-facing terrace is where you will no doubt spend all your time overlooking the famous Clifton beaches, and you will be back and forth from the beach all day long with it being right on your doorstep!
