As you step from the street heading inside the yard, you'll be captivated by the Grecian-style facade, featuring two symmetrical balconies that offer peeking views of the surroundings. The front pool courtyard is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the back courtyard boasts an outdoor braai with a chimney, perfect for those memorable barbecues. The spacious lounge-cum-dining area is designed for comfort and entertainment, complete with a TV equipped with DSTV and Netflix, as well as a cozy wood fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you need, including a designer gas stove, dishwasher, and more. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a scullery cupboard stocked with cleaning amenities, is at your disposal.

Bedroom 1:

This elegant room offers an extra King-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. It leads onto a balcony and includes a convenient work desk. The standalone bathroom, located just down the hallway, features a shower over a bath, providing you with flexibility and comfort.
