The Space:

As you step from the street into the yard, you will be captivated by the Grecian-style facade, featuring two symmetrical balconies that offer views of the surroundings. The front pool-side courtyard is ideal for relaxing and soaking up the sun, while the back courtyard boasts an outdoor braai with a chimney, perfect for memorable barbecues.

The spacious open-plan lounge and dining area is designed for comfort and entertainment, complete with a TV equipped with DStv and Netflix, as well as a cosy wood fireplace to create a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen features all the amenities you need, including a designer gas stove and a dishwasher. Additionally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a scullery cupboard stocked with cleaning supplies, is at your disposal.

Bedroom 1:

This elegant room offers an extra-king-size bed for a luxurious night's sleep. It leads onto a balcony and includes a convenient work desk. The standalone bathroom, located just down the hallway, features a shower over a bath, providing flexibility and comfort.

Bedroom 2:

With a comfortable queen-size bed, this bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom open to the room. The bathroom features a walk-in glazed shower, allowing you to admire the lush garden plants in the back courtyard while you freshen up.

Bedroom 3:

This room is perfect for friends or family and includes two single beds. It leads onto the front courtyard, just steps away from the inviting pool. For your entertainment, a TV with DStv is also provided in this room.

Guest Access:

Guests will be provided with their own set of keys and will have the property to themselves.

We can arrange additional cleaning or laundry services upon request at an additional cost.

Linen and towels are provided, as well as an initial supply of tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities.

Please note that pool cleaning is scheduled weekly and may take place during your stay. We do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum.

• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than six guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval.
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially after 22:00.
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
