Welcome to our newly constructed 2-bedroom apartment, a contemporary gem nestled in the trendy Green Point neighborhood. Perfectly situated, it's just a short stroll away from the iconic V&A Waterfront, Cape Town Stadium, the scenic Sea Point Promenade, and the charming De Waterkant area with its cobblestone streets and colorful homes. Just a 10 -15 minute drive to Table Mountain and the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay.
The Space:
This apartment features a stunning, contemporary design with an artistic finish. It offers a warm modern open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge which opens onto a spacious balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living area has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
The main bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
