The apartment also offers direct access via the lift to Clifton beach, perfect to stroll along on a balmy summer evening and watch the sunset, or alternatively if you are not a beach fan then enjoy the complex’s communal pool situated on the beach level. A communal braai is offered and one also has the luxury of a private secure parking bay located at the top of the complex.
