Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this stunning villa offers lots of relaxing space for you to enjoy your holiday in Cape Town. Most of these spaces have breathtaking views of the City and Table Mountain.
You can enter the house through either the secure double garage off the road or via the front entrance which is elevated off the road.
The first level of the property has a study. This room is perfect for some quiet time for relaxing or doing some work.
The second level hosts three of the bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has access to a small courtyard and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which boasts lovely City and mountain views. The second bedroom at the end of the hall also has great city and mountain views as well as an en-suite bathroom with access to a small garden.
On the third level you will find the main living area of the house. This large room is light and has floor to ceiling windows allowing you to fully enjoy the exquisite City and mountain views. The living area (the front end of the room with most views) has comfortable seating 8 people and the dining table seats 8. The large breakfast bar has seating for 9. The kitchen is fully equipped with Mielle appliances and has a separate scullery with laundry facilities. These three areas of this level open out onto the large deck with ample dining and lounge seating, a swimming pool and the most beautiful views. The TV room is at the end of this open-plan space, it has plush seating for 6 – 8 people.
The top level of the house hosts the incredible Master bedroom. This room has a private lounge and outdoor deck. It has some of the best views of the city and mountain that you can ask for. There is also a large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.

Amazing property with sensational views. We were a large family group and the property was more than comfortable to host us all. Primrose was a highlight, she made our stay seamless. Great restaurants and bars in the area and easy access to town or camps bay from the property. We will definitely be back.

Very nice and centrally located apartment in Cape Town! Easy access to all areas of the city by Uber. Beautiful view from sunny terrace. The co-host Jaco was very helpful, I would highly recommend it!

We named this villa Villa of Dreams It's a model villa with everything it entails The location is amazing and very close to the services The view is indescribable, the sunrise and sunset view is beyond description The dealing with the villa owner is exceptional + the trust from the villa owner The villa's design is stunning and extremely beautiful The services inside the villa are complete There is a maid who cleans the villa every day and this is the epitome of luxury We have lived the most beautiful days of our lives in this wonderful place The family is extremely comfortable There is heating in the villa that reduces the severity of the cold

This is a beautiful home with all the luxuries to make your stay in Cape Town very comfortable and memorable. It's spacious and modern with the most amazing view of the city and table mountain. We did not want to leave.
