Great lock up and go in Cape Town’s most picturesque street, perfectly situated close to the CBD and The Waterfront. The renovation of this apartment was completed in December 2019.

Enjoy full and exclusive access to the entire cottage, including the private KolKol wood-fired hot tub in our outdoor patio oasis. Linen, towels, tea, coffee, sugar, and basic shower amenities are provided.

Parking:

• Between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 on weekdays, street parking is reserved for residents with parking permits
• We provide a permit to guests which must be displayed in the vehicle
• Parking permits must be returned upon checkout. Failure to return the permit or damage to the permit will result in a R950 charge for replacement

House Rules:

• Check-in from: 15:00
• Check-out before: 10:00
• We do not allow any parties or events at the property. No more than 4 guests are allowed at the property at any time without prior approval
• Please keep noise levels to a minimum (especially after 10PM)
• No smoking of any kind is permitted on the premises.
• No pets are permitted on the property.
