Perfectly located in the heart of Camps Bay with magnificent ocean views, this is a contemporary-chic, three-bedroomed apartment that offers discerning guests a luxurious ocean-side retreat.

Beautifully appointed living spaces merge effortlessly with each other and flow out onto a wide terrace with spectacular views. Stylishly décor and original artworks create a sophisticated ambiance and large sliding doors flood every room with light and invite the views in.

A stylish, fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight with designer appliances, a centrally placed four-ring gas hob, and a sleek breakfast bar that seats three. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas create a relaxed, open plan living space, with a dining table for eight, comfortable couches and a modern gas fireplace. A state-of-the-art home entertainment system with satellite television, DVD player and surround sound system ensures absolute comfort.

Three bedrooms are elegantly decorated in natural hues, with crisp white linen and concealed cupboards. Opening onto the terrace with stunning sea views, the master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with a deluxe oval bathtub and large rain shower, and air-conditioning for added comfort. The remaining two bedrooms are equally as luxurious with access to the terrace through large sliding doors, twin beds, and lovely views. These two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom with a shower and bath.

The apartment is fully secure with an alarm and offers off-street parking in the form of a private parking bay, as well as three visitor’s bays. A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Camps Bay and Clifton, as well as Table Mountain and the city centre.

• What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the lounge.
• What Isn’t Powered: All kitchen appliances including the fridge, freezer, and stove, and the rest of the plugs in the house do not work during loadshedding. The airconditioners and the geyser are also excluded from the power backup.
• There is construction taking place in the vicinity of the property. The works are likely to take place Monday – Friday 7AM – 6PM, but may also take place on a weekend. Whilst we are told that the workers will remain discreet, we are wary that the noise levels of the renovations works might be disruptive. Construction is common along the Atlantic Seaboard, but it is best to be aware of this upfront.
