As you enter the apartment you will see the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The open plan dining room has seating for 8 and the living room opens onto the spacious balcony with breathtaking sea views and a private pool. The master and second bedroom are also on this level and are both en-suite.
The 3rd and 4th en-suite bedrooms are located on the ground level of the property and access is via outside stairs leading from the upstairs balcony. These 2 bedrooms are great for parents with small kids as there is an interleading door, which can be locked if needed. The fourth bedroom has a small kitchenette and lounge area with TV.
There is secure parking in the complex for one car.

Apartment is stunning - fantastic location, easy to walk down to the beach. The view while having a BBQ in the evening on the terrace is amazing. The common areas are great and there is lots of outdoor space. Bedrooms and bathrooms are of very high quality. Overall, we had a fantastic stay!

I took my colleagues here as our base for four nights in Cape Town. It was their first visit to Cape Town and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Out of the three properties we stayed at in South Africa during our 10-day visit, this was the favorite of the group. We had no major issues while there and again, had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Very clean, well maintained, great views, and in a great spot. Check-in was very easy, arranged via WhatsApp. We were a group of 8 and it was more than enough space, especially with the 2 downstairs rooms. Would stay again, no hesitation.

This is a great apartment with an amazing view and sunsets. Smart rooms with lovely bathrooms. Everything was kept very clean during our stay. I would highly recommend.
