This exquisite 4 bedroom family home is situated along the Camps Bay greenbelt. The outside entertainment area and garden is vast and boasts spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
The entrance hall leads down a few steps to the spacious living area with a dining table ahead, a formal lounge to your left and a TV lounge to the right. All of which has access to the deck and garden. The open plan, modern kitchen, with integrated Miele appliances, is off the formal lounge to the left. The 4th bedroom and separate bathroom are also on the lower level of the house.
The deck has outside dining and a gas braai, and leads onto the expansive grassed garden with a large private pool and trampoline. The outside space is completely private. To the left of the garden is a hidden gem - a freshwater river running past the house, alongside the greenbelt.
Upstairs is the spacious en-suite master bedroom, 2 further bedrooms (one en-suite) and the family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have direct access to the upstairs balcony with incredible ocean views.
This beautiful family home is perfect for those travelling with children and is an entertainers dream.

The best part about this property is that it was difficult to pick a best part. Stunning views of both Table Mountain and the ocean, a beautiful garden which we ended up spending most of our stay in rather going out(with no regrets) and lovely handwritten welcome notes by the hosts’ children welcoming our kids. The interior of the house has many highlights, the master bedroom was delightful, the kids bedrooms had lots of toys/books and the common areas all face onto the ocean/garden so you can cook, eat, chat, read a book with a view. It is an actual family home when not being rented out, so the amenities and organization left nothing to be desired. The only drawbacks that come to mind were that we weren’t able to park in the garage during our stay (it seems it might have been under maintenance?) and low water pressure in some of the second floor rooms. The positives far outweigh the minor drawbacks, and I’d still say it’s probably the best property I’ve stayed in so far on a vacation rental platform.
