This contemporary 3 bed cottage provides privacy, a private swimming pool and sun deck, and all the modern touches you need. A short walk from the Sea Point promenade, restaurants, shops and cafes.
The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for six and a TV lounge with a plenty of seating. Doors open onto a balcony with views of the pool and sun patio. There is a patio deck with outdoor dining accessed with foldaway doors off of the main dining area.
The pool entertainment area is a wonderful private wind free area with gas braai, and sun-loungers.
Each of the bedrooms boasts a high-quality hotel grade bed, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the downstairs bedroom opens onto the pool area.

We had a wonderful stay here - the place looks just like the photos, and is perfectly located with just a short drive to Camps Bay and/or the Waterfront for plenty of restaurants and bars. Stanley was very proactive and easy to communicate with as a host, and the place felt very safe. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay here. They allowed us to check-in early and the place was great and had everything we needed. Just beware if you are staying in the basement room that the outdoor steps can be a bit slippery. Otherwise all good, thanks for everything!

The place is very nice, well decorated, and very clean. It is located in a quiet place. please note that the access to one of the bedrooms is from outside the house.
