This 2.5 bedroom lakeside home is truly a special place on the renowned Security and Eco Estate of Lake Michelle in Noordhoek. The Estate utilises a prime position, backing onto the Table Mountain National Park.

The home is spacious with plenty of light and fantastic mountain and lake views. Wake up in the morning and enjoy your coffee on the deck or spend the evenings relaxing infront of the sunset.

Space:

An easy going indoor outdoor lifestyle is what this home is all about, with the living areas opening onto the large outdoor deck and garden area. There are two double bedrooms (King and then another King or Twin beds), both en-suite (one with a lovely large bath). A third small bedroom can also be used for a child sleeping on a sofa bed. There is also a study for those needing to do some work while on their travels.

The kitchen is well equipped (including large gas hob, Nespresso Coffee Machine) and is open plan with the dining area (table to seat 8) and the living room. The house has been carefully furnished to feel like a cosy and relaxing home and is perfectly placed to come and unwind in winter or summer. The views perform year round!

Outside there is a beautiful garden leading down to the water. There are deck chairs to lie in the warm sunshine, before a refreshing dip in the lake directly from your own pontoon. There is a gas bbq and outdoor dining to make the most of warm evenings or sunny winter lunches.

The house comes with air conditioning (which can also be used for heating), high speed fibre internet, smart TV, and a fully integrated inverter back up battery power system.
