The home has views of the Atlantic Ocean, The Waterfront and the city. There is a natural flow with the kitchen taking center stage in this beautifully crafted family space. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and smart storage. The lounge has a sleek design aesthetic, timber bulkheads and panelling with strip lighting to create a truly unique space. The lounge opens onto a large balcony high above the pool area.

The main bedroom is a dream space with sea views from the king size bed, and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and en suit bathroom with walk-in shower.

Located between the slopes of Signal Hill and the V&A Waterfront, and on the border of Green Point with its lush urban parks, seaside promenades and sports stadiums. The area is one of the most vibrant in Cape Town.
