The Villa

Arrive in style via a private lift into a sun-drenched living space where elegant interiors flow effortlessly between the lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Soaring ceilings and a baby grand piano set the tone for indulgence and unforgettable moments.

Living & Dining:

• A grand baby piano enhances the main living area’s sense of sophistication.

Kitchen:

• Fully equipped with Miele appliances, built-in fridge, Nespresso machine, and a breakfast nook.

• Secondary chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, wine fridge, and ample prep space.

• Private chef available by arrangement for bespoke dining experiences.

Bedrooms:

• Seven en-suite bedrooms with luxury linens, air conditioning, and spa-style bathrooms.

Butler Service

Your dedicated butler is available to assist with your day-to-day needs throughout your stay, ensuring a seamless and effortless experience at Ocean View Dreams.

Availability: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. After-hours assistance is available upon request at R150 per hour and an R700 overnight standby fee.

Butler services included:

• Daily housekeeping
• Grocery shopping and pantry stocking
• Organising transport and reservations (transport costs excluded)
• Laundry assistance
• Unpacking luggage upon arrival
• Assisting with luggage on departure
• Answering the intercom/doorbell and bringing deliveries into the villa
• Lighting fireplaces and outdoor fires
• Assisting with simple children’s meals such as scrambled eggs, toast, and light snacks

Please note that the butler service is intended to provide light hospitality and concierge-style assistance within reason. Services such as private chef dining, extensive meal preparation, childcare, personal driving, and overnight attendance are not included unless arranged separately.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00.

Please note that there are currently developments being built nearby in Green Point, and construction noise may be heard during working hours.
