Space:

This vibrant 2 story townhouse seems to emulate the eclectic soul of Cape Town. A lot of thought and consideration has gone into making the home the perfect family escape. Modern appliances and finishes with tasteful use of colour throughout.

The spacious upstairs loft-style bedroom is a dream-space with whitewashed tilted ceilings and large bay windows. There is an adjacent sunroom which opens onto a charming little balcony, perfect for winding down after a day of exploring the mother city. The comfortable king size bed, aircon and en suite bathroom make this the perfect space to rest and relax.

The ground floor has a natural flow from under the fragrant Frangipani, through the lounge and dining area into the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen opens into a small courtyard with an outdoor shower for rinsing off after after those hot and sunny beach days.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, en suite bathroom with walk in shower and Juliet balcony located under the large Frangipani. The third bedroom has a queen size bed and en suite bathroom with a classic clawfoot bathtub.
