This apartment is located in a brand new development in the heart of Green Point. Great use of space ensures a comfortable stay with high-quality finishes throughout. Floor to ceiling glass looking out onto Greenpoint hustle and bustle.

Access

Guests have exclusive use of the apartment, the reserved underground parking bay, and the use of the pool. The pool may be out of action due to the water restrictions being imposed on the City of Cape Town.

Neighbourhood

Greenpoint has a great vibe to it, with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. It is a 10-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront and Beachfront Promenade, as well as only a five-minute drive into the city centre.

Transit

You can get all things done using Uber / Mycitibus or walking but there is also a reserved parking bay should you have a car with you during your stay.

We experience intermittent load shedding (power cuts) in all areas around South Africa and this unfortunately is out of our control, however it is not constant and is announced over social media and Eskom Se Push App which is very handy to download to have on hand in order to plan.
Housekeeping in the unit is done on a weekly basis for stays of 8 days or more.
