Great stay with beautiful sea view. Very friendly hosts. Would recommend! Only downside is no cooling system so place got a little warm on sunnier days.

This might not be the biggest unit out there but it certainly is everything else. Beautiful spot, close to everything, neat, clean and fresh. Accommodating host with great communication. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this modern, cleaned unit. We appreciated the housekeeper who came in everyday. The view over the ocean from the 6th floor was stunning. The big window that we could opened was very nice. Thank you so very much for the fan! We slept so well. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine as well, which we enjoyed so much. Thank you for the elevator, friendly receptionist and safety. I was alone during the day and felt safe all the time. I walked 3.2km on the promenade 350m away. I walked to Seatle Coffe3 and a hairdresser. Very safe area. Yes the construction work outside was still going on but I am sure it is going to be such a nice walkway when finish. The garage parking was nice but a bit small for a Toyota bakkie.

My stay was absolutely perfect. The unit was exactly as shown and was in pristine condition. The team were always on hand for any questions. Would 100% visit again!

Great spot to enjoy Cape Town's beach side. as flagged by the host, there is construction going on in front of the building which detracts slightly from the ocean view but it remains stunning and great value
