The open-plan living and dining areas, seating up to six, are bathed in natural light and feature bold artwork that reflects the vibrant energy of the city. The primary bedroom offers a tranquil escape with a king-sized bed, standing fan, and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. Please Note:

  • This property is strictly adults-only. Due to safety considerations, children under 12 are not permitted.
  • The unit is only available for two adults.
  • Only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying. The apartment has instituted a no-visitor policy, and a maximum of two persons is permitted in the apartment at any time.
  • In this apartment, no smoking is permitted (including on the balcony). A noise monitor has been installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with these rules.
  • Rates for 2025/26 have been significantly reduced due to ongoing construction next door to the property. The construction noise levels may vary from extremely noisy to completely quiet, and we cannot provide any guarantees regarding this. By accepting the rate and proceeding with your booking, please be aware that no further compensation will be offered upon arrival or during your stay due to the construction.

This is a dedicated year-round vacation apartment which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to onboarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, Wi-Fi, and hotel-grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!

Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by Truvi. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. In the unlikely event that Truvi is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to provide a large physical damages deposit prior to arrival. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/waiver may be requested to complete your verification process.

Transit:

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. All you need is your Myconnect card preloaded with money, which you can do at any MyCiTi station or select retailer. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Simply download the app on your smartphone, register, and start using it straight away. The best part is that you register with your credit card details, so you do not always need to have cash on you to catch a ride.

Electricity:

South Africa has been experiencing periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions). This means that electricity goes off for periods of 2.5 hours or more at a time. We often do not know in advance when this will happen. Most of our owners, however, have taken several measures to ensure your greatest comfort during your stay. There is an app you can download to ensure you know what times it will take place and plan your day accordingly. Please search your app store for ESP – The Loadshedding App. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. This is, unfortunately, out of our hands and governed by the South African electricity providers. Accordingly, neither the property manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts as a result of services being unavailable due to load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and we need to adhere to strict noise control measures implemented by the body corporate and city council. We therefore require you to understand and accept the following conditions:

  • No parties of any kind are to be held at the apartment.
  • No noise or music of any nature (audible to neighbours) is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week and between 10 pm and 7 am on weekends.
  • No hooting or shouting in the street at any time.
  • Should you have a guest or two visiting, please make them aware that parking is very limited and they should not park in front of another person’s garage or driveway.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have procured adequate and fully comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

No groups of solo travellers are permitted unless by request. No bachelor or bachelorette party groups are allowed.

Children:

Although we accept children at this property, there may still be child-safety issues and concerns for guests with younger children, such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care and attention during their stay.

Monthly Stays:

Please note that for monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.

  • No daily housekeeping will be included within the rate, but it can be paid for additionally when available and permitted.
  • Standard amenities, such as Wi-Fi and DSTV if applicable, will be included.
  • Reasonable water usage is included; this will be monitored according to current city limits.
  • Garden and pool services will be included when permitted.
