Varsity Street Villa – Step inside and feel as if you have entered paradise; large spacious rooms have been lavishly decorated with chandeliers, carved wooden doors, sculptures and luxurious furniture. The kitchen has marble counter tops and exquisite carved wooden cupboards, it is fully equipped with a dishwasher, gas HOB, laundry facilities and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen leads onto a formal dining area with seating for 6 as well as a bar with seating for 3. With a lounge area as well, this space is ideal for those who enjoy entertaining, it even opens onto the pool and garden. The ground floor outdoor space boasts numerous seating areas which are great for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. There is a large swimming pool, covered outdoor dining area, as well as further dining closer to the pool. Upstairs is an informal TV lounge area, a formal lounge and an office space. This all opens onto the balcony with outdoor dining, a seating area and of course breathtaking views of Table Mountain. The master bedroom has a King-size bed, dressing room that leads onto a private loft lounge with an office and TV, it also has access onto the balcony and an en-suite with shower. The second bedroom also has a King-size bed, en-suite with shower and access onto the balcony. The remaining 3 rooms all have /king and Queen-size beds, outdoor access and en-suite bathrooms with a shower. All of the rooms are fitted with air-conditioning. Located at the foot of Lion’s head, those who enjoy hiking will be able to walk to the start of the popular hiking route. The Table Mountain Cable Car and Camps Bay beach are within a 5 minute drive. Kloof and Bree Street are just down the road and seen as the new buzz for restaurants and bars.
