The Space:
2 bedroom apartment consisting of an open plan, comfortable lounge and dining area with large sliding doors leading to a spacious balcony with fantastic views of the Atlantic Seaboard and Green Point below - includes outdoor seating, lounger and gas bbq (note - the balcony is shared with the neighbour, but each apartment has their own allocated side, just no partitioning between the two).Separate well-equipped kitchen (includes a dishwasher and combination washing machine/tumble dryer). Two bedrooms both with comfortable single beds that can either be pushed together or separated as needed and built-in cupboard space. Two bathrooms - one en-suite, both with shower over bath.
Aircon in the living area and main bedroom and fan in the 2nd bedroom to keep you cool in summer. DSTV & Wifi
The apartment is up two steep flights of stairs (not for the unfit) - no lift access.
