Villa Blu is a Camps Bay holiday home with beautiful ocean and mountain views, a pool, and three air-conditioned bedrooms, located a 5-minute walk to Camps Bay beach and the Promenade with shops and restaurants.

Space

Villa Blu is a light-filled home a 5-minute walk from Camps Bay Beach and Promenade, and about an 8-minute drive from the Table Mountain Cableway. Calm, neutral interiors with natural textures, warm timber floors and African-inspired art are framed by ocean, mountain and Camps Bay views. The open-plan living and dining space seats ten at the table and opens onto a sun-soaked terrace with a pool, sun loungers and alfresco dining for six, ideal for long lunches and golden-hour sundowners. The kitchen has an electric hob and Nespresso machine, with a scullery housing a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

A separate TV room with a wood fireplace and mountain view seats six, while an upstairs open-plan study offers a quiet place to work. Three air-conditioned bedrooms, with a king, queen and double bed, each have their own bathroom. The main bedroom adds a private balcony and a bath with an ocean view, while the second bedroom also has a balcony and views. A double garage and alarm system add convenience and peace of mind.

• Back-up power: Available for the lights, Wi-Fi, TV and plugs.
• Housekeeping: Monday – Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.
• Child policy: Welcomes all ages.
• Smoking policy: Strictly non-smoking inside but allows smoking outside.
• Noise policy: This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device.
• Parking: Double garage parking is available for two vehicles, as well as driveway parking for two vehicles.

Renowned for its palm-fringed, Blue Flag white-sand beach and turquoise waters, this affluent neighbourhood offers a vibrant Mediterranean atmosphere. Along Victoria Road, seafood restaurants, lively cocktail bars, and boutique cafes overlook the Atlantic, making it an ideal destination for sundowners, fine dining, and enjoying spectacular sunsets.
