• There is construction taking place behind the villa until approximately October 2027. Work is scheduled between 08:00 and 16:30, Monday to Friday. Should you experience disruptive noise during your stay, a 10% discount is offered for any affected days. Alternatively, should you wish to check out early, a full refund will be provided for any unused nights.
• Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
• Strictly no parties, events, or noise disturbances are permitted.
• Strictly no smoking indoors.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The swimming pool is unfenced and does not have a safety net or pool cover. Guests with children should also take note of stairs and drops from the terraces.
