Step inside this stunning villa and feel instantly relaxed. Unwind in the lounge, with furniture in warm tones and floor-to-ceiling windows, this room is lovely and light. Sit back and relax in one of the comfortable couches while catching up with your favourite series or reading a holiday novel. Doors lead out onto the pool terrace with a jacuzzi and outdoor shower as well as garden area.
The modern kitchen has all the essentials, as well as laundry facilities, a dishwasher and a Nespresso machine. This leads into the dining area which has seating for 8 guests.
There are 5 en-suite bedrooms. Four are situated on the top level and the 5th a Garden Suite on the lower level. Each of the 5 bedrooms enjoys uninterrupted sea views, balcony access and its own en-suite bathroom.
The lower level of the villa features a fully equipped and functional gym with a stunning view.
Outside is a large patio where you will find outdoor dining for 8 guests, lounge furniture a jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Bakoven beach is only 5 minutes away, as are the more popular beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay. There are a number of restaurants and bars in the vicinity as well.

What is powered: everything. This house is fully backed up and allows you to use all the lights, plus, wifi, air conditioners and appliances during load shedding.
Housekeeping
This home has housekeeping monday - saturday excluding sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

I recommend this lovely team was one of the best I’ve worked with on this platform. Highly communicative. Highly responsive and helpful. Honestly if you need nearly anything while you are there they can help you out quickly. Very comprehensive service for this platform, felt more like having a concierge. The place itself was a little less impressive than the pictures. Lots of stairs and level changes which takes up a lot of the square footage. Overall still a very good option if you need comfortable accommodation for 10 people. The beds and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms clean and modern. Having a domestic helper was a big plus.

Stunning accommodations with amazing views over the area. Host is very friendly and very responsive to any questions or requests. The rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the beds are comfy. Note however that the pool is not heated (there is a heated Jacuzzi though), and the accommodations does not have a generator, so no light during load shedding (however, torches are available throughout the property)

Our stay was incredible. It is a beautiful home in a nice, peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Our host communicated excellently and was helpful with the concerns we had. The team was also very patient and professional!

Super nice, luxurious and spacious accommodations with an amazing view, great sun deck and nice hot tub. Swimming pool was not heated and a bit small but nice to cool down a little. Location is also good, only 7 min from the area by taxi and 20 min to downtown. Will definitely book this place again when visiting Cape Town!

Great views, comfortable and clean. Our vehicle (11 seater quantum) couldn’t go up the narrow and very steep driveway which was inconvenient.
