Overlooking the Atlantic Ocean in the glamorous seaside suburb of Camps Bay, this gorgeous villa is the perfect retreat for discerning guests looking for luxurious levels of privacy and comfort. The villa is split over two levels, with one bedroom on the lowest level and four bedrooms on the main level.

The property is entered on the lowest level, which features a gym and one bedroom. The bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath, as well as air-conditioning.

The second level houses the living spaces, kitchen and remaining four bedrooms. A contemporary-chic lounge with wood burning fireplace has comfortable couches and a large flat screen television connects effortlessly with the dining area, which features a ten-seater dining table. A state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. A separate scullery has a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Bedroom one commands breath-taking ocean views with a luxury king size bed, spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and twin vanities and a private balcony is the perfect place to unwind and soak up the views. The remaining three guest bedrooms have king-sized beds, bathrooms, air-conditioning, and ample storage space. Each room has beautiful views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the vast Atlantic Ocean.

Both the living and dining spaces open out onto a shady sea-facing wide terrace with a barbeque area and outdoor dining, sun loungers, and a salt-water lap pool. The house is fully secure with an alarm, has a double garage and ample on-street parking for guests.

• This villa allows kids of all ages, but note that there is an open pool and grand piano which need to be avoided.
• Please note that this villa supports Water Saving methods.
• The City of Cape Town experiences daily electricity outages (commonly known as Load Shedding). These outages are expected to last for roughly 2.5 hours each time.
