The fourth bedroom is located on this level and features a spacious en-suite bathroom.

As well as being a popular summer attraction for locals and tourists who flock to the beach, Camps Bay boasts plenty of restaurants and watering holes that line the famous sunset strip for entertainment that continues long after dark.

Transit:

MyCiTi is Cape Town’s modern, scheduled bus service and an easy way to get around the city. Current routes link the airport and central Cape Town with Camps Bay and Clifton. You will need a MyConnect card preloaded with credit, which can be purchased at any MyCiTi station or select retailers. Alternatively, one of the easiest ways to get around is by Uber. Simply download the app, register, and use it straight away. You can register your credit card details so that cash is not required for your journey.

Electricity:

South Africa experiences periods of load-shedding (unscheduled electricity disruptions), where power may be off for 2.5 hours or more at a time. While we often do not know in advance when this will occur, most owners have implemented measures to ensure your comfort. You can download the ESP – The Loadshedding App to check schedules and plan your day. Neither the manager nor the owner shall be liable for any refunds, compensation, or discounts due to services being unavailable during load-shedding.

Noise Control:

This apartment is situated in a quiet residential area and must adhere to strict noise control measures. No parties are permitted. No noise or music audible to neighbours is allowed between 9 pm and 7 am during the week, or between 10 pm and 7 am at weekends. No shouting or hooting in the street is permitted at any time. Visitors must be aware that parking is limited; do not park in front of garages or driveways.

Travel Insurance:

It is imperative that you have comprehensive travel insurance, including cancellation cover and cover for the theft of personal items.

Groups:

Groups of solo travellers are only permitted by request. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are not allowed.

Children:

While children are welcome, there may be safety concerns such as balconies, split-level terraces, and unfenced pools. Guests staying with children do so at their own risk and are urged to take all due care.

Monthly Stays:

• For stays with monthly discounts, electricity will be for your own account.
• Daily housekeeping is not included but can be arranged at an additional cost.
• Standard amenities such as Wi-Fi and DSTV are included where applicable.
• Reasonable water usage is included and will be monitored according to city limits.
