Space

Rocks Views is a stunning 4-bedroom beachy sanctuary nestled in the affluent suburb of Camps Bay. This tastefully furnished home offers a serene retreat with breathtaking sea views.
The main bedroom features a king bed, a ceiling fan for those warm summer nights, seating for two, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a single vanity. The second and third bedrooms feature twin beds and single seating, while the fourth bedroom offers a double bed. Three of the bedrooms offer sea views, and all have ceiling fans. These three bedrooms share two bathrooms: one with a shower over bath, and another with a shower over bath and a separate shower.

The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen complete with a gas hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The living and dining areas, comfortably accommodating six and ten guests respectively, feature a TV, wood fireplace, and air conditioning for modern comfort.
Step outside to an inviting outdoor space with seating for six and a gas BBQ. For your peace of mind, the property is also equipped with an alarm, CCTV, and an inverter for lights, wifi, plugs, CCTV, and alarm. Experience homely vibes and idyllic beachfront living at Rocks Views.

Camps Bay, an affluent suburb of Cape Town, is known for its vibrant atmosphere and breathtaking scenery. Nestled beneath Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles, the area features white sandy beaches, turquoise waters, and palm-lined streets. Its bustling promenade, home to chic boutiques, world-class eateries, and trendy bars, exudes a cosmopolitan ambiance, while the nearby hiking trails offer spectacular views and tranquil escapades.

There is a safe tidal pool less than a 2 minute walk from the home.

Please note that the second deck area is shared with the unit below, and guests access the property via shared walkways.

A dedicated parking bay is available in a communal parking garage.

Housekeeping is included Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged on request.

The property is fitted with a noise monitoring device, and CCTV cameras monitor the building exteriors showing entrances and exits.

Please note there is construction near the property. Drilling, banging, and building noise may be heard from Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 17:00. There is no disruptive visual impact, and the expected completion date is 30 November 2026.
