Living Area

The open-plan living area features contemporary décor, a wood-burning fireplace, satellite TV, and an indoor dining table with seating for 16 guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors open onto the outdoor dining terrace with panoramic sea vistas. Please note that air-conditioning units in the living areas are currently not operational.

Kitchen

Bright and fully equipped, the kitchen features state-of-the-art amenities including a breakfast bar with seating for two, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and a Nespresso machine.

Outdoor Area

Extensive terraces and balconies across each level frame breathtaking mountain and ocean views. Outdoor amenities include:

• 12-seater Jacuzzi
• Large sundeck with sun loungers
• Two outdoor barbecue areas (including a gas barbecue)

The eight beautifully appointed bedrooms are spread across three levels, each stylishly decorated in fresh whites and natural hues, featuring queen-size beds, ample storage, and views of Lion’s Head, Table Mountain, or the Atlantic Ocean.

• Bedroom 2 (Top level): Queen-size bed, shared bathroom with walk-in shower, ocean views.
• Bedroom 3 (Top level): Queen-size bed, shared bathroom with walk-in shower, ocean views.
• Bedroom 4 (Middle level): Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, air-conditioning, ocean views. Accessed via exterior stairs.
• Bedroom 5 (Middle level): Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, air-conditioning, ocean views. Accessed via exterior stairs.
• Bedroom 6 (Middle level): Queen-size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, air-conditioning, ocean views. Accessed via exterior stairs.

Villa Atlantic Views is situated a short five-minute drive from Camps Bay Beach and its vibrant strip of beachfront restaurants, cafés, and shops. The Table Mountain Cableway, the V&A Waterfront, and Cape Town city centre are approximately a 15-minute drive away, while Cape Town International Airport is a 40-minute drive.

Please Note

Five of the eight bedrooms are located on the two lower levels and are accessed via exterior stairs, designed to maximise guest privacy. Due to open splash pools and elevated terraces, this property is not suitable for young children. The villa is powered by single-phase electricity, so guests are advised to stagger the use of high-power appliances to avoid power trips.
