This stunning family home is any traveller's dream home! It is broken up into two sections- the Penthouse upstairs and the Main House downstairs each of which are self contained and can be used as open plan communal family living. The Main House consists of three bedrooms while the Penthouse has two bedrooms- each is fully equipped with a full kitchen, and dining area- with added benefit of getting the best of both outdoor areas- such as the pool as well as the hot tub!

This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (tea, coffee, milk, sugar). We have hotel quality linens (300 Thread Count). Stays of 8 nights or longer will receive a complimentary change over.
ID will be required ahead of check-in to ensure a smooth check-in process

Please note that there is a monitoring device on site. it has no camera or way of recording voice or visuals. It is only to monitor occupancy, smoking in the property, mould, breakages and noise levels at the property. In the event that one of the mentioned items increases or occurs we will be notified.

Please note that the property is impacted by the rolling blackouts as implemented by our Government. The property is located in Zone 7 I suggest downloading Eskom-Se-Push App to your mobile phone/tablet to keep up to date with when the area will experience load shedding. Unfortunately, I have no control over this.

Please note that we do have a good relationship with our neighbours and we would like to keep it that way so kindly ask you to be mindful of them during your stay.

House Rules

• Quiet hours in the building after 9PM
• No Smoking
• Please respect the neighbours as it is a residential building
• Strictly no parties or events
• Guests who break any rules will be charged an extra fee
• Noise restrictions: Please respect the tranquillity of the neighbourhood and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the late evenings and early mornings. Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbours is strictly prohibited and may result in escalation.
• Parties and Events are strictly prohibited - parties, gatherings and events are strictly prohibited on the premises. This includes bachelor/bachelorette parties, birthdays and any other celebrations.
• Smoking Policy - smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villa. This includes the burning or smoking of any substance, including but not limited to the burning of incense, cannabis, tobacco, hooka pipe and any other materials. Failure to comply may result in escalation.
• No Pets Policy - We have a strict no pets policy. Please refrain from bringing any pet onto the property.
• Furniture and Amenities: Please use all furniture, appliances, and amenities responsibly. Any damage or misuse caused by guests will be subject to reimbursement. Guests shall also refrain from moving furniture around to different locations within the Villa.
• Visitors Policy: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted at all.
• Cleanliness and Trash Disposal: Please maintain cleanliness throughout your stay. Dispose of trash in designated bins. Excessive mess or failure to maintain cleanliness may result in additional cleaning fees charged.
• Respect for Property: Guests are expected to treat the villa and its belongings with respect. Any intentional damage, theft, or removal of property will be reported and may result in legal action in addition to monetary charges.
• Check-in and Check-out: Adhere to the agreed-upon check-in and check-out times. Late check-out without prior approval may incur additional charges for the guest who booked.
• Compliance with Laws: Guests are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations, including but not limited to noise ordinances, parking restrictions, and waste disposal guidelines.
• Fines: Failure to comply with the above will result in an immediate EVICTION with no REFUND
• Should any disturbance warrant police involvement the Host reserve the right to evict immediately and cancel the “reservation”. Furthermore, an additional fine will apply. Guests acknowledge that “18 Medburn Road” is a residential villa occupied mainly by guests
• Fair Usage Policy of Utilities: Guests will utilise the electricity and water responsibly and not abuse these resources. Guests will refrain from leaving the underfloor heating, lights, jacuzzi, aircons, oven etc on when not in use. Failure to do so will result in charges for these utilities.
